Estimates assume an average answer of ~500 tokens input + 300 tokens output (≈ 4–5 sentences, typical for FAQ bots). Heavier or longer answers consume the same number of "messages" — your cost per reply stays predictable regardless of conversation complexity.

What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a single visitor session with your bot, regardless of how many messages are exchanged inside it. Typically one conversation contains 4–6 bot replies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card needed. You keep all features during the trial.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Your bot will pause new conversations until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We notify you at 80% so you can act early.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — save up to 35% by paying annually. Switch at any time from your billing settings.
