Estimates assume an average answer of ~500 tokens input + 300 tokens output (≈ 4–5 sentences, typical for FAQ bots). Heavier or longer answers consume the same number of "messages" — your cost per reply stays predictable regardless of conversation complexity.
Pricing FAQ
What counts as a message?
+1 message = 1 bot reply on the Economy model. Standard replies cost 3 messages — you choose which model to use per bot, and switch anytime.
Can I mix AI models inside one plan?
+Yes. Every paid plan unlocks both AI tiers (Economy and Standard). Use Economy for FAQ bots and Standard for richer conversations — all within the same monthly message pool.
Is there a free trial?
+Yes — 14 days, no credit card needed. You keep all features during the trial.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
+Your bot will pause new conversations until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We notify you at 80% so you can act early.
Can I switch plans?
+Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Do you offer annual billing?
+Yes — save up to 35% by paying annually. Switch at any time from your billing settings.
